1st XV v Canterbury - re-arranged

Following the cancellation of last Saturday's fixture, the 1st XV league game against Canterbury has been re-arranged for this Saturday, 11 February 2012 - kick off 2:30 pm.

GRFC Seeks New Swans Captain

The Rugby Section is seeking a captain for the Club's 5th team, the Swans, due to the resignation of Mark 'Oaf' Armitage. Mark has been forced to cut back the time available during the week for team work due to increased responsibilities at work. He hopes to continue playing and supporting the Club on a regular basis.

A big vote of thanks goes to Mark for his contribution  on & off the pitch - leading his team for the last two seasons and having time to find a significant new advertiser and sponsor for Swans' kit.
