Whether you're a member of the Club or simply live within the local community, Gravesend Rugby Football Club (GRFC) is the ideal venue for your function, occasion, business meeting, funeral or any other event. GRFC has excellent versatile facilities that are adaptable to the size and type of function you and your budget want.

From small informal events for which you may wish to cater for yourself right up to full service events with formal dining. Whatever the nature of your event, contact us for an early discussion of your requirements and a personalised quotation. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how reasonable our charges are!

GRFC has extensive parking and is very close to local amenities. Our halls are fully licensed, meet with all H&S requirements and are fully accessible with suitable toilet facilities for the less able.

The Club is minutes by car or a short walk from central Gravesend with its transport connections & hotel residential facilities. The A2 provides easy access from the Gravesend (East) exit.

We are open every evening from 19.00pm and all day at weekends from 12.00noon when we will be pleased to answer your telephone enquiry or show you our facilities (please book an appointment to assist us to handle your enquiry properly). Alternatively e-mail or fax your enquiry and we will respond promptly.

What are your charges and booking conditions?

Every function is of course different and we will always provide a quotation in advance and in line with your requirements. As a guide, our room hire charges are -

* Main Hall £250.00

* Players Bar £80.00

* Lounge Bar Price is dependant on function

* Use of Kitchen  £25.00.

Our bars are competitively priced and offer a full range of draught & bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. A Customer price list is available on request. Bar staff wages are included in your quoted hire charge. Tips are at your discretion.

A non refundable deposit required at the time of booking together with a signed ‘Hall Hire' agreement application.

What are your opening hours for setting up and holding the function?

For setting up, your room is available from 10.00am.  The bar can be open as required will and close at 23.30pm (non-negotiable). Music can be played until midnight.

Can we use your kitchen?

Yes, at a charge of £25.00

Can we book our own entertainment?

Yes. If required, we can help but you are free to make your own arrangements (including set up and removal of equipment).

We are responsible neighbours and expect any entertainer booked to meet our obligations in this respect.

Are we responsible for room clearing, damage to GRFC property or for extra cleaning?

GRFC holds you responsible for damage to our property and expects you to clear the room at the end of your function - bagging all food & disposables and sweeping floors. We can do this for you at an extra charge. Breakages will be charged at replacement cost.
