The 2nd XV Manager will be involved in every aspect of running the 2nd XV squad alongside the Senior Rugby Group with particular responsibilities for player communication, kit, admin, and general assistance to the 2nd XV coach.
The incumbent will not be required to attend weekday training sessions unless they particularly wanted but a minimum requirement is to be available to accompany the squad on most or all Saturdays throughout the season.
