As you will have seen, the gym has been closed for a clean and general tidy up. This has been necessary as on numerous occasions the gym has been left open which has meant items have gone missing. This appears to be due to people using gym who have no keys or have been let in.
We are in the process of putting new flooring down so please be patient with the condition of gym over next month.
To use the gym you will need to complete a new membership form. These are now behind the bar and on the website download page. Keys will only be given to applicants who have completed the form and paid the correct membership. Click here for membership form.

All sections of GRFC are welcome including Social and Rugby Occasional Player members.
