Away day May-hew and friends do for Gannets
This is not strictly true but i'm struggling for material.
With an initial line up of 18,the Gannets were in pretty good shape, even though Mayhem and the Predator, looking like like the worlds biggest My Chemical Romance fan,had decided to decamp to Treviso for the weekend to watch a game of rugby for Ben 'tough paper round' Bakers 29th birthday party.
Feeling abandoned and quite frankly, let down by this selfish act the withdrawals came thick and fast throughout the week starting with elder Gareth Williams ( a mountain of marking?),younger Gareth Williams who can be excused given the state of his leg,Steve Wootton (sheep flu) and Percy with a mongy foot, leaving the Gannets down to just 14.
With Sevenoaks requesting extra subs due to their 2s and 3s not having games, regretably the decision was taken to call off the game.
Still, the Gannets loss was the Moles gain as Gary 'off the radio' Curran made himself available to the Moles where he probably ran around alot, smashing into people alot and scoring tries, perhaps.
Will the housewives favourites be able to raise a side for next weeks trip to Maidstone?
What will the Predators eye (the one on his face) look like next week?
How did Mayhem afford a weekend away? Does this mean that crime does pay?
All these questions and more will be answered in 7 days.
Until next time...
