Libby Packham's late late TRY won this thrilling contest that yo-yo'd back and forth between the two teams. Sue Fletcher stood out again with some speed driving forward when receiving the ball to make good distance in to opposition territory but it was George and Henry Bowler who controlled the game from the middle of the park feeding fast wingers Ben Hope and Elliot Long who both scored 2 and 1 try respectively and would have scored more if it was not for the good tackling from Matt & Oliver Atkinson.
max Owen and William Ansell, both arrived late after representing their school at rugby union this afternoon, coming 3rd in the whole of the south East and both were buoyed up as William reinforced his teams defence whilst Max ran in 2 very quick try scores.
Liam Hammock, new overall wheelchair rugby league club captain had an up n down session with some very good passing early on but an injury in the first half put pay to the rest of his session though he'll be back nect week.
Special mention to Patrick Murray who played his best game so far this season. Patrick's attitude was excellent and he has taken on board coaching from previous weeks. Patrick scored the first try of the game after a good link up with Wisdom M but it was Packham who pounced with the scores at 30-30 to win it late late on!
