Milly makes her mark

Milly got the 2014 year off to a flying start with a superb try in the left corner, her first try for Gravesend Dynamite and proff that she's not just a top tackler. In fact, Joe McCarthy was just millimetres away from a try himself but only a superb tackle from Henry kept Joe out.

Tom Mc again got himself a try on the board after great combinations involving Joe Mc (Tom later converting this and 2 other try's with accurate power and precision - this was actually the best we've seen Tom play....every week he plays well but he took his ability up a couple of levels this week).
Another player who performs superbly each week and looks destined for the national leagues very soon is George B, again scoring 2 try's and playing with great confidence. Like Max O showed in the 4.30pm session, Henry proved in the 5.30pm session and the game is not all about try's: Henry's ability to get around the pitch making tackle after tackle and being in the right place to take the ball and then pass it on is excellent. Patrick probably made more tackles today than most of the opposition team and continues to keep himself on side most of the time. Most improved player again is probably Cormac who was readily available throughout the match to receive the ball and his general play and actual speed are improving dramatically.
Ben Ide again looked impressive scoring 2 try's and putting continued pressure on the opposition throughout the game with forward driving, ensuring that tackles have to be made on him, thus allowing space to be created for others. Ben also has a good reading of the game and the ability to stay clear of traffic jams, literally coming out of hIde-ing just at the right time to inavde oppsoition territory.
