Gravesend dominated from start to finish and demonstrated both excellent quality and strength throughout the squad but Dartford Valley Vipers should go away with heads held up high as they, after only forming recently, have improved a great deal and this bodes well for the future.
Tries for Dan Grant 4, Michael Grant 5, James Hazell and Rich Carver, 5 of which were converted by D Grant, 2 from Tom McCarthy gave Gravesend a deserved victory. The try from Carver was Dynamite at their best: Dan Grant received a ball from Nevil Hope, cut inside and produced a blind champagne pass to brother Michael Grant who drew in two defenders before feeding Carver who had found excellent space out wide to touch down.
Squad: D Grant (c), M Grant, Carver, Hope, Hazell and McCarthy
