G's Capitulate to Bounceback Becks

A bitterly cold and overcast day greeted Beckenham to a very muddy banana pitch. To say it was a game of two halves, is an understatement of epic proportions. Early signs of a Gs walk in the park proved just the incentive Beckenham needed for a bounceback, which was met with precious little resistance in a lacklustre 2nd half performance from the Gs. Let's take nothing away from Beckenham, who were better at everything once they were 19 points down and it was clear that they wanted the win more than Gs wanted to protect their 2 year unbeaten home record. Still, it was a game played in the right spirit by both teams, so well done Beckenham!
