This coming weekend has the 1st XV travelling up the road to play Sidcup RFC in the semi-final of the Papa John's Regional Shield competition, the winner of which gets to travel to Bristol next Sunday for the final where they will face the winner of the other of today's semi final between Newbury Blues and Teignmouth.
The team is looking forward to a win today, after the results between the two teams in the league this season, one apiece and both good hard fought contests and both home victories, Gravesend 26-14 and Sidcup 26-17 so should be exciting this afternoon.
Just a reminder to you all, that the GRFC Limited AGM is on 30 May, and any proposals or nominations need to be with the club secretary before Monday 13 May to be presented to the board for approval.
