A Tackle Fest at Old Gs.

On a perfect day for rugby, the Panthers gathered at HQ for the short journey through the fence to our neighbours Old Gs.
With the hard count completed (18) we arrived at Old G with 21!!!!!
We had enough for 3 teams, but Old Gs were a bit short on numbers this week and had enough for 2 teams.
There were lots of swapping whole teams at half time and and at the end we had 2 extra matches.
There was some fantastic play on both in Attack and Defence. But I must say in the games I watched the teams worked really hard on the Defensive passage. There were many great performances, but Tackler of the Day was new Panther Mikey aka the 'Muncher', for some outstanding tackles showing passion and excellent technique.

Next week, back to normal training times and then the Mini Christmas Party straight after training.
